The free valet parking was incredibly convenient, especially since we drove around Jeju to explore various attractions.

The air conditioning was only able to circulate air without cooling, making our nights stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Staff were simply amazing, helping with directions and accommodating our every need. The convenient location meant we could easily explore local culture and cuisine with no hassle!

The spacious Family Twin Room had two large queen beds and daily cleaning, which added comfort to our stay. Its great location made it easy to explore nearby dining options. However, the pillows were too soft for my liking.

The LG styler in the room was awesome, but the WiFi was terrible.

Request the special breakfast options in advance to ensure availability. some were not offered when I visited.

Enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room with a comfortable bed and nice amenities like an LG Steam Closet that made laundry easy. The staff, especially Helen, provided outstanding service, helping with luggage and restaurant recommendations. Located conveniently close to restaurants and shopping, it made exploring Jeju a breeze. The breakfast had a good mix of options, though I wish there were more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay, but some improvements needed on noise control.

My stay was fantastic! The cleaning was top-notch and I loved the clothes styler cabinet in our room. The goose down bedding was a delicious treat after a long day, too. Just wish the soundproofing was a bit better at night.

leo is a great place to unwind! the hotel is situated in a lively area with plenty of shops and dining choices nearby. the assistant manager, ms. cho, went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and suggested amazing local eateries. my room was spacious and elegant, which was a pleasant surprise.

the hotel's vibrant neighborhood made it a breeze to find amazing food just a few steps away, and the nearby shopping street made me feel right at home during my weekend strolls.

The room featured a huge, comfortable bed, and I enjoyed the interesting mustard Versace-pattern carpet. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist, especially with recommendations for nearby eateries. Although the location was somewhat distant from the town center, it was closer to Hallasan, which made our visit more convenient. The rooftop restaurant offered great meals, adding a lovely ambiance to our evenings.

I especially loved the well-equipped gym, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. The staff were incredibly welcoming, with their assistant manager providing exceptional local recommendations that enhanced my experience. I also enjoyed the stunning city view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay.
